🍷 Is Fallout 3 Better Than New Vegas

Thanks to the spaceship, fast travel via scanner, and the trusty boost pack, exploring the open world of Starfield is far easier than Fallout. Reaching high platforms, or maneuvering to find objectives is a breeze, and jumping off high cliffs to reach low areas won’t kill you (as In New Vegas, the entire world is the main story. All the interrelations between all the factions and the struggle for Hoover Dam is the story. New Vegas does not really have a traditional main quest in that sense. It's all connected, it all blends together. Without the Mojave Wasteland, there is no main quest. Fallout 3 is a bit different. Gameplay: fallout 4 has better gameplay as it is a more modern game than new vegas. Gunplay, controls, quality of life, and many systems added to fallout 4 make gameplay a good experience. Dialogue and character freedom: new Vegas is better in terms of character freedom and being more of an RPG than an action shooter like fallout 4. Strictly because, with the addition of the dlcs, new Vegas ends up a with a better and more holistic narrative than fo3 and thus would sell better. With that in mind, fo3 is the better game hands down. True, new vegas had some long DLCs, but tbh most of it just felt like fighting and didn’t give much of a story. I know this is a FNV sub but i think this is an appropriate question to ask. As i write this i struggle to come up with my own answer. Fallout NV has alot more bug issues and freezes a whole lot more than Fallout 3. Fallout NV however has cooler gadgets and cooler scenery, brighter scenery in my opinion. You won't be disappointed. 3 has a way more interesting world to explore while New Vegas has better characters and quests and choices. Play both. I prefer New Vegas, but if you like New Vegas you'll probably also like 3. Even then, I'd play 3 first so I could enjoy even more the improvements you'll see in New Vegas. Take a look at Sunny Smiles at 1:36 in the first video. Forget the sexy outfit. That face is the level of detail you can expect from some of the NPC overhaul mods like New Vegas Redesigned 3. What you really want are some of dragbody's mods and New Vegas Redesigned 3. They make many of the NPCs look far better than anything in Fallout 4. I really liked the approach in Fallout 3 and New Vegas. Ferals for the most part were alright, basically the walking corpses they are in Fallout 4. I do prefer how they look in NV and 3 though, they are more like the sort of thing i imagine when i think of 'heavily irradiated' than the ones in Fallout 4. oMIXM.
